Addendum - update of 20th July: ER, "No further complaints regarding 164", appears to be ignoring my own complaints, given recently and [redacted]. I have an important update regarding this issue - on Thursday last, 164's Lisa Sheriff stole my trolley! Here are my notes: 1900 16th July 26 - Lisa Sheriff stole my trolley - blue porter's trolley from 163 frontage - tucked against wall - through apartments' front door and into her flat - raised two fingers in the process. Rang 101 log 5472 16/7 . PC Evans from Castlegate Station rang 1730 Saturday 18th July - Crime Number log 5472 16-7-26 - will send crime number [20/329758/26 - theft] - a catperson with a house cat, in a flat, that doesn't want to go out! Yes the matter is with the Police, but we have here the historical matter of Sheriff's ASB, the continuing nuisance represented by her hateful dog and the understood fact that she is a Council tenant; please also notice that Lisa's continuing unjustified, unconstructive and hurtful allegations of harassment are attempts to pervert the course of justice (as in those of Julie Davies, with Council officials as complicit) - a serious criminal act. I have a contact who recently repeated his objections to Sheriff's revolting pet-habits, possibly forcing him to leave the accommodation - it's possible that few complaints are received because British authorities have been busy, for decades, whitewashing their own communities, drowning us all with their unscripted policies of 'anybody comes, anything goes'; I would go as far as to suggest that this Council's continuing denial, with associated cruelty towards its own citizens, is representative of Stalinism. Finally I must make an attempt to interpret Sheriff's actions: a) It's possible that this is attention-seeking. b) These could be influenced by excessive alcohol consumption, but I have no direct evidence there. c) It's unlikely that the trolley (a blue two-wheeled porter's variety) was stolen either for use or resale. d) It's likely that Lisa is 'irrationally motivated' by my dislike for 'er revolting dog. e) Significantly, Lisa may be one of those that object to my litterpicking and clearance of junk (often with the aid of a trolley); the Council itself has regularly made attempts to stop me from improving the district, ranging from the Council-employed caretaker exhorting me to "get back inside your own flat" to more-recent legalistic attempts by that most spiteful of all CHO's, Sophie Kendrick - this matter, specifically the use of a 'Collection Point for Housing Waste', as suggested by Central Government, has been with us for 'pushing two decades' and is likely to be with us until either I'm shot by WiMP, I take my own life (please send some exit pills) or the Council agrees to refrain from abusing Council-managed land. Whatever, it is most bizarre that Lisa should object to anybody clearing junk from her own frontage (though technically in front of 163), but then I recall Philip 'Frothy' Bradley approaching yours pushing a trolley of junk in Chapel Street a while back, telling me that if I don't desist he'll "put my ****ing lights out"!
